Divya has a beautiful, sunshine personality that bonds just perfectly with young children. My two boys, Sam and Daniel, never thought of their time in Dewdrops as a chore. They always came back excited and happy and mentally stimulated. I admitted them to this nursery when they were two years old and withdrew them when they started “big school”. Sam and Daniel have a three-year age-gap and have very different personalities, but Divya seemed to know instinctively how to deal with each, channeling their energy in ways that suited each one perfectly. We express our heart-felt gratitude for all the efforts Divya took during those months, in terms of giving Ayush and Ayesha the first look at letters and numbers and preparing them, with a lot of care and love, to face their first day at school. From day one, they enjoyed each and every day at Dewdrops and used to look forward to go to school everyday which was a wonderful surprise, especially given their shy nature. We really appreciate the way in which Divya helped them learn, through her innovative ways of teaching. Even though my girls did not know how to speak English, they never felt left out from day one. Within a month, they learnt to speak English confidently. Though twins, the girls are as different as chalk & cheese. Their teacher, Divya understands that they have different needs & capabilities and has never compared them (unlike the general reaction I receive from outside). In a short span of 5 months, my girls have blossomed and grow confident in every walk of life. Academically, I’ve been impressed with what the children learn as well as the teaching techniques. In addition to the fundamentals, they learn so many other things. It’s wonderful to have your children come home talking about which animals hibernate during winter and which ones don’t; Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world; not to mention the many songs they sing. Every small achievement of my children (a rhyme they said, a block they built, a song they sung, a stroke of the brush or a scribble of the crayon ) is reported with such excitement, that sometimes it even surprises me. I look forward to the weekly report Divya gives me because this gives us a realistic sense of how well the children have improved socially & academically. Even though academics are important, at their tender ages I think social interaction is equally fundamental. The experience of learning routines, how to get along with others, simple things like using “magic words” - Excuse me, Thank you; raising hands and taking turns, potty training etc are quite big milestones. My daughters look forward to school everyday & when they come home, all they can think of is going back to school the next day, that says it all.

Our family moved to Dubai in April 2012. My son Logan started at Dewdrops Nursery a few months after we arrived. The transition from The United States was somewhat difficult for him. Leaving a school and family he had known his entire life was not easy, but Dewdrops Nursery was instrumental in making him feel at home in our new country. He was shy and withdrawn from the group at first, but with the special attention and care by the teachers and staff, he has come out of his shell. He is participating in all the wonderful learning, creative activities they do and has become very social. Racquel and the other staff have really treated him with the care and attention to his needs that a mother would give to her own child. Nyah started Dewdrops Nursery in April 2012 at 17 months old. Nyah is a very social toddler and needed more stimulating than what I could provide. In the beginning she was very shy, reserved from all the other children and always wanting to be held by the teachers and nannies. We chose the nursery as this it is in close proximity of our apartment. We were informed that the children would be separated into different classes depending on their age and each class have been specifically structured to help the development and learning for their age group. The low student-staff ratio his ensured me that she would still be given plenty of individual attention. From the first week of starting we have been impressed with the diary and activity sheets Nyah is bringing home. . They also have an open play area where all the children play together. I see Nyah laughing and playing freely in there when I go to collect her. We have noticed a considerable change in Nyah. She is able to concentrate on a given task, has become more talkative, singing parts of nursery rhymes to herself and she is more confident in physical activities. All the staff is very caring and welcoming. Nyah is greeted with open arms and she runs to them with a big smile. Which is very reassuring, as I know she is being looked after and happy to go to Nursery. The Directress Divya is very disciplined and focused on each child’s development. I am given feedback everyday on Nyah’s behaviour and progress and if there is anything Nyah may need help with at home, Divya will bring to my attention. There are a variety of activities and themed events organised from cleaning days to cooking classes, which involve all the children in the nursery. Nyah enjoyed these activities and wants to practice it at home. I was impressed with a field trip that was organised to the local organic shop and the children and staff dressed in green. Making them aware of the environment from a young age and how to behave when out in public. We have seen a big change in Nyah’s behaviour and development since attending Dewdrops Nursery. She is now more adventurous in trying different foods and happy to share anything she is eating. Has more confidence in speaking to children and adults.

Children really enjoyed the volcano activity, the stages and cycle of volcano and of course the eruption of lava!Milking the cow activity also explained to the children the products which we get in our daily diet from cows and also the diet of cows!
